CARDIO WORKOUT

Warm-up as usual.

*For this workout you will require a Timer/Stopwatch that is separate from the elliptical*

Start the timer/stopwatch as soon as you start this workout. Make sure the elliptical is set at zero.

You have to complete 5 miles total on the elliptical.....but keep an eye on the timer/stopwatch, because every 2 minutes you'll have to complete an exercise from the list below!!

(Pick out your exercises beforehand, and make sure you've set up for them. You don't want to waste time while the clock is running!)

Do each exercise 3 times before switching to another......

8 Push-ups     8 Sit-ups     8 Ab-Wheels     8 Lunges(4 per leg)

10 Wall-Ball     10 Thrusters(10-lb weights)     10 Ab-Slings

20 Bicycle-Abs     20 Mountain Climbers

STRETCH!!!
