Wednesday Workout

Warm up as usual. (5 min on elliptical, then outside movements: walking toe touches, twisted lunges, straight leg kicks, etc)

Then:

Start with .25 miles on elliptical.
Then do: 
10 push-ups
20 squats
30 bicycle abs

Repeat the .25 miles and 3 exercises for a total of 3 rounds.

Finish with stretches. (Any that you remember will work for now)
